Acts as a strategic partner to the General Manager to drive organizational priorities and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Responsible for building operational systems, managing high-priority projects, and ensuring accountability across leadership teams.
Requires over 5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a Chief of Staff role, preferably within high-growth startups. Must possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead through influence in ambiguous environments.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives. You will act as an extension of the General Manager, helping drive priorities, coordinate leaders, solve problems, and ensure critical initiatives continue moving forward.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to independently manage ambiguity while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who does not wait to be told what to do, but instead takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, and proactively identifies opportunities, risks, and areas requiring attention. Success in this role requires the ability to lead through influence, coordinate leaders across teams, and drive alignment, accountability, and execution in fast-moving and often ambiguous environments. This is a role for a highly autonomous operator who can independently move priorities forward while serving as a trusted thought partner to the General Manager.
