The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from early design through to practical completion. Responsibilities include managing budgets, procurement, site programs, and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients and subcontractors.

About the Role:
Primarily based in Hawke's Bay, and reporting to the Construction Director, you will take a project from early design through to practical completion; working on behalf of the client but in a very hands-on project management role. Your duties will also include:
