You will analyze complex grid problems and model charging demand to develop innovative energy solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage grid connections and streamline project applications.
Candidates should have a background in electrical engineering or power systems with practical experience in energy infrastructure. Strong skills in grid modelling, network data interpretation, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts are essential.

You’ll take real customer sites and work through what’s actually possible: understanding charging demand, modelling load, digging into network constraints and tariffs, exploring storage and grid services, and helping shape the solution that makes the most sense.
But you won’t just model it. You’ll help make it happen.
You’ll work to support customers, EDBs and DNSPs, to navigate grid connections, bring together the right technical inputs and keep applications moving. Internally, you’ll work across Sales, R&D, Engineering and our Solutions and Grids team to solve the questions that inevitably sit between teams.
There’s plenty here to build, too. Better models. Better tools. Better network playbooks. Better ways of turning what we learn from one project into something we can use on the next.
Ultimately, your job is to analyse complex grid problems, bring the right people and information together, and find practical and innovative solutions.
