You’ll be based alongside an experienced team of Quantity Surveyors in a professional, collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and support are part of everyday working life. Your profile:
To support and assist with the provision of project management services, including technical advice, pre and post-contract project management services.
MRICS qualification or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. MCIOB, APM) or a clear commitment to achieving chartered status.
Minimum 2 years of experience in consultancy project management in construction.
Able to demonstrate experience across several sectors and types of projects.
Proven experience in delivering Programs and Project management.
Self-motivated and can set project direction aligned with business goals, inspire teams, and drive performance across multiple projects.
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, design coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
Skilled in budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and maximising profitability best value while delivering quality.
Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and resolving issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
Proficient in managing various contract forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, etc.) and ensuring the commercial success of projects.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ability to manage complex and challenging project timelines, ensuring milestone achievement. Experience and understanding of using Asta Power Project and/or MS Project would be advantageous.
Ensures projects adhere to regulatory standards, health & safety requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
Capable of leading through change—whether in scope, schedule, or resources—while maintaining team focus and morale.
Clear, concise communicator with ability to report progress, challenges, and strategies to leadership and clients.
