We staan op het punt om paid advertising flink op te schalen en zijn op zoek naar een Video Editor / videograaf voor ons Performance Marketing team. We willen x5 in het aantal ads dat we per week lanceren.
Als video editor / videograaf vertaal je ideeën direct naar video’s die meteen de deur uit kunnen om getest te worden. Of je nu zelf achter de camera staat of aan de slag gaat met bestaande video's en UGC-content, je levert edits die converteren. Je houdt het tempo en volume aan dat we vragen, en je bewaakt de Upfront-stijl zodat alles wat live gaat herkenbaar van ons is. Je hebt volledige autonomie over de montage, de opnamens en de opbouw van de ads.

Over het team
Je werkt samen met ons performance marketing team: media buying, creatie, CRO en strategie, met Harro (CMO / Head of Growth) als lead. Het team bouwt nog volop, dus je bent geen radertje dat opdrachten afwerkt. Je zit dicht op de mensen die de ideeën bedenken en op de cijfers die laten zien of ze werken.
