OPERATIONS
The Operations team serves as the backbone of our marketplace, seamlessly managing the entire order journey. From creating online content and ensuring secure payments to order fulfillment and delivery, while providing comprehensive customer and partner care, this team is relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience every single day.
NETHERLANDS (VENRAY)
Our Venray warehouse is located in the historical region of Limburg in the Netherlands. This is our biggest Logistics centre where our teams are doing what's never been done to provide an unrivalled order experience to our customers globally.
THE ROLE
You will lead the Studio team across Photography, Styling, Logistics and Studio Assistants, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment that delivers exceptional quality while achieving daily production targets.
\nWHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead, coach and develop the Studio team, driving engagement, performance and individual growth;
Plan and oversee daily studio operations to ensure productivity, quality and service level targets are met;
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and operational excellence;
Communicate priorities, objectives and performance to ensure alignment across the studio.
WHO YOU ARE
Experienced people leader with a background in e-commerce or studio production;
Strong understanding of studio operations or high-volume production environments;
Confident decision-maker with excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills;
Collaborative communicator who builds high-performing teams through coaching and empowerment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Fluent in English.
