Pour accompagner son développement, l’agence recherche un(e) Designer Produit passionné(e) pour rejoindre son équipe parisienne.
Le candidat est à la fois créatif, technicien, stratège et garant du bon développement du produit à chaque étape, dans une logique d’innovation et dans le respect de l’identité des marques.
Nous concevons, développons et faisons grandir des marques avec une approche alliant brand positioning, data-driven et orientée croissance. Notre méthode repose sur un test & learn continu, afin de créer des expériences clients (B2B/B2C) à la fois performantes et scalables.
La maîtrise de l’anglais et du Français courant est indispensable (Fluent in French and English is mandatory).
Un intérêt marqué ou une expérience dans les secteurs cosmétiques, beauté, lifestyle, DNVB, FMCG ou CPG sera fortement valorisé.

Concevoir et développer des produits innovants, iconiques et désirables pour les plus belles marques de la beauté et du parfum.
Suivre les projets, de l’analyse du brief client à la conception des mood boards, la création des concepts, la modélisation 3D, les choix couleurs, de matières ainsi que le suivi du développement avec les équipes techniques.
Collaborer en synergie avec nos équipes créatives, intelligence de marque, innovation et développement.
Apporter un regard neuf et singulier sur le design produit, tout en respectant l’ADN et l’identité des marques confiées.
Connaître l’environnement concurrentiel pertinent grâce à une veille active.
👊 Votre profil
Diplômé(e) d’une grande école de design reconnue, en France ou à l’international.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en agence ou au sein d’une marque.
Une expérience significative dans le secteur du luxe ou auprès de grandes marques est un atout majeur.
Sensibilité affirmée et intérêt marqué pour l’univers de la beauté et du parfum.
Maîtrise professionnelle d’au moins un logiciel de modélisation et de rendu (préférence pour Rhino + Keyshot).
Excellente connaissance de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign).
Anglais courant indispensable (équipe et clients internationaux).
