Tu travailleras activement sur l’ensemble des sujets relevant du droit social et des relations sociales de Deezer en France :
Collectif
Préparation des réunions avec les représentants du personnel : formalisation des documentations obligatoires, présentations thématiques,...
Participation à l’organisation des consultations annuelles et ponctuelles
Responsable du suivi du calendrier social (anticipation des échéances, planification des réunions, coordination avec les différentes parties prenantes,…)
Individuel
Suivi des procédures individuelles
Conseils auprès de l’équipe RH (congés, clauses de contrat, rupture de contrats,...)
Suivi des contentieux avec l’avocate et gestion en interne (provisions pour la comptabilité, dossiers,...)
Projets
Recherches juridiques, veille juridique et rédactions de notes sur divers sujets
Tu as un master en ressources humaines ou en droit, avec une spécialisation en droit social et en relations collectives. Une première expérience en cabinet ou au sein d’un service juridique ou RH serait un plus.
Idéalement, tu es actuellement à la recherche d'un stage dans le cadre de ton cursus d'élève-avocat
Rigoureux(se) et structuré(e), tu as un très bon sens de l'organisation pour mener de front plusieurs sujets tant individuels que collectifs
Tu es un(e) bon(ne) communiquant(e) tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, doté(e) de grandes qualités de synthèse et pédagogue
Et pour finir, nous sommes dans un environnement international, donc tu as un bon niveau d’anglais :)
