You will be responsible for developing and testing new Instagram content formats while managing the brand's organic presence and community growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with the content and influencer marketing teams to identify trends and scale high-performing content.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Instagram platform mechanics, current trends, and a strong sense of aesthetics and pop culture. You should possess creative flair, analytical skills to track performance, and excellent proficiency in both German and English.
