Manage the market entry into Poland by organizing content projects and building a network of UGC creators. Act as the link between creative and performance teams to ensure culturally and linguistically tailored campaigns for the Polish market.

Unser nächster Schritt: Polen. Dafür suchen wir dich als Content & UGC Manager – Poland (m/w/d). Du verantwortest den Markteintritt mit, organisierst Content-Projekte und baust ein Netzwerk aus neuen UGC-Creatorn in Polen auf.
Dabei bist du das Bindeglied zwischen unserem Creative- und Performance-Team und der polnischen Community: Du stellst sicher, dass Inhalte, Texte und Kampagnen sprachlich und kulturell perfekt auf den Markt zugeschnitten sind – und machst unsere Marke in Polen erfolgreich.
Wichtig: Wir sind eine Office-first-Company. Du arbeitest täglich in einem unserer Offices in Hamburg oder Kiel und bist nah am Team, an den Prozessen und an der Marke.
Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für den polnischen Markt und steuerst alle Projekte rund um Content, UGC und Kommunikation.
Du identifizierst, kontaktierst und betreust UGC-Creator aus Polen und organisierst ihre Content-Produktionen.
Du koordinierst Videos, Bilder und Briefings zwischen dem Creative Team, Freelancern und dem Performance-Marketing-Team.
Du unterstützt die Lokalisierung der Website, Produkttexte und Werbemittel für den polnischen Markt.
Du erstellst kulturell relevante Briefings für UGC-Creator, Influencer und externe Partner – passgenau für den polnischen Markt.
Du stellst sicher, dass alle Creative-Deadlines eingehalten werden und ausreichend Content für laufende Marketingkampagnen verfügbar ist.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Creative Strategist, dem Performance-Marketing-Team und dem Content-Team zusammen.
Du bringst kontinuierlich neue Ideen, Trends und kulturelle Insights aus Polen ein.
