We're hiring copywriter & creative strategist to help us get there.

Who we are:
- Develop high-converting hooks, angles, ad scripts, and creative concepts for Meta.
- Analyze winning ads, competitors, and creative performance patterns.
- Produce 10 briefs/scripts weekly that go straight into real spend.
- Collaborate closely with video editors and media buyers.
- Build and improve creative testing systems through fast iteration.
- We care about:
→ high ROAS
→ low CPA
→ scalable ad spend
→ finding breakthrough winners
We're hiring a copywriter who can think strategically — not a strategist who can write.
What you'll actually do:
- Edit 10 ads per week that go straight into real spend.
- Work with UGC, AI clips, and the best raw footage in the men's supplement space.
- See your creatives scale to $10K+/day, or fail fast and learn faster.
- Build toward becoming a creative strategist (this is the path, not the ceiling).
The XP system: Working here is playing a game you can win:
Every ad you ship earns you XP, tied directly to the ad spend it drives. The more XP you build, the higher your level. The higher your level, the bigger your bonus multiplier.
Translation: if your ads perform, your income compounds automatically. No politics. No waiting for a "review." Your work scales, your bonus scales. Period.
Who we're NOT looking for:
- "Brand awareness" copywriters. We sell. We scale. Everything else is noise.
- People who can't show measurable performance impact or don't analyze results.
- People who need hand-holding. We give context, you take ownership.
Who we ARE looking for:
- You study winning DTC ads and hooks for fun.
- Strong direct-response copywriter with a copy-first mindset and proven DTC/eCommerce experience (supplements/performance brands preferred).
- You understand hooks, emotional triggers, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Data-driven: you analyze, learn, iterate — numbers over opinions.
- You want to be the best at this, not just employed in this.
- High ownership, fast executor, strong communicator, comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
