About the Role

Our Warehouse Shrinkwrappers play a critical role in ensuring our products are prepared with precision, care, and consistency before they reach our customers. Warehouse Shrinkwrappers help maintain our high-quality standards by accurately counting, packaging, and protecting products so they are ready for distribution.

We provide training and opportunities for advancement for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately count and package products into standard bundle quantities (e.g., 25, 50, 100)
  • Operate shrink-wrapping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect products and finished packages for accuracy, quality, and proper wrapping
  • Label and organize packaged products according to established standards
  • Proactively address errors, shortages, or quality concerns with supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meet daily production and quality goals as part of a team
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Basic English communication skills sufficient to perform job duties
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions required
  • Ability to accurately count and follow written or verbal instructions
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
  • Hourly rate: $16.00-$17.00
  • Day, night, weekend, and overtime shifts may be available
  • Schedule: 8am – 4:30pm
  • Work Location: Onsite in East Syracuse, NY
