Du koordinierst Teams, sorgst für reibungslose Prozesse und stellst sicher, dass aus Ideen publizierte Inhalte werden – effizient, qualitativ hochwertig und auf den Punkt.
Planung und Steuerung von Content-Workflows – von Briefing über Produktion bis zur Veröffentlichung
Eigenständige Entwicklung und Pflege von Content- und Redaktionsplänen – thematische Schwerpunkte, Formate, Publishing-Timings
Präsentation und Abstimmung von Content-Konzepten und Redaktionsplänen mit Kunden
Steuerung von Abhängigkeiten zwischen Creation, Production, Post und Paid – du behältst den Überblick über Timelines, Ressourcen und Deliverables
Multi-Channel-Orchestrierung: Du denkst in Multi-Kontexten (Multi Format, Multi Channel, Multi Contentquellen) und schaffst daraus Struktur
Durchführung der Quality-Control – du sicherst Brand Voice, Specs und narratives Storytelling über alle Kanäle hinweg
Interpretation von Performance-Daten in Zusammenarbeit mit Media und Ableitung von Format-Optimierungen
Professionelles Handling von Content-Eskalationen und Krisenkommunikation am Kunden
Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media & Content Marketing in der realen Arbeitswelt
Du brauchst keine ständige Anleitung, sondern packst eigenständig an und übernimmst Ownership für deine Projekte
Du liebst Struktur und siehst Prozesse als Enabler, nicht als Einschränkung
Du beherrscht den Umgang mit CMS und Prozesssteuerungs-Tools
