The Artwork and Props Specialist oversees the end-to-end integration of artworks and decorative elements on cruise ships, from conceptual design to final installation. This includes managing supplier relationships, ensuring technical compliance with marine standards, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
Candidates should have experience in interior design, architecture, or the cruise industry, along with a relevant qualification. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required, as well as the availability to travel for inspections.

The Artwork Coordinator will support the New Building team by overseeing the end-to-end process of integrating artworks and decorative elements aboard MSC Cruises ships. This includes coordinating with artists and artwork consultants from the early conceptual design phase through to production, installation, and final delivery on board. The role also involves ensuring seamless integration with the ship’s architectural design and maintaining alignment with shipyard timelines and requirements..
This opportunity offers a gross annual salary range of €30,000 - €35,000 depending on experience and relevant expertise, alongside a competitive package of additional benefits.
