Manage the end-to-end development of women's formal footwear prototypes and samples from design concept to showroom delivery. Collaborate with design, technical, and vendor teams to ensure product quality, cost targets, and design vision are maintained.
Requires experience in footwear product development, specifically with construction methods and manufacturing processes. Candidates must be proficient in PLM and Excel, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international vendors.
