ROLE SUMMARY
The Design Manager will act as the de facto Creative Director for HyperMax — owning campaign strategy and creative output end-to-end, independently of the central CORP creative team. The primary focus is Tier 2–4 campaign creative: from ideation and concept development through to full execution. Leaflet production is part of the remit but secondary to campaign work. This person needs strong advertising instincts and design craft to turn ideas into standout campaign creative.
