We zijn met 80 mensen. Technici die bij klanten over de vloer komen. Salesprofielen die elke dag printers verkopen. Mensen achter de schermen die alles draaiende houden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen bij ons terechtkomen én dat ze zich van dag één thuis voelen.

  • Je neemt ownership over elk rekruteringsproces, van intakegesprek tot handtekening

  • Je screent kandidaten kritisch en voert sollicitatiegesprekken zonder script

  • Je sourcet actief via LinkedIn, netwerk en kanalen die anderen nog niet benutten

  • Je bouwt een onboarding uit die nieuwe collega's meteen laat voelen waarom iDocta anders is

  • Naargelang je achtergrond kan het takenpakket uitgebreid worden met HR-admin of lopende projecten.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma. Een eerste ervaring binnen recruitment is een troef!

  • Je luistert goed en stelt de vragen die anderen niet stellen

  • Je bent georganiseerd, betrouwbaar en houdt het overzicht wanneer meerdere vacatures tegelijk lopen

  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en gelooft in de kracht van persoonlijk contact

  • Je woont op rijafstand van Waregem en verplaatst je af en toe naar onze andere vestigingen
