The Credit Analyst will manage an assigned customer portfolio by performing credit assessments, financial reviews, and maintaining credit limits. They will also collaborate with global teams to support collection activities and ensure profitable sales growth while protecting company assets.
Candidates must have a background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in credit or risk analysis. Proficiency in financial statement analysis, ERP systems, and fluent English communication skills are required.
The principal challenge of this position is to balance prudent credit risk management with business growth by performing credit assessments, supporting collection activities, account reconciliation and providing commercially sound recommendations to business stakeholders. The Credit Analyst works in a global environment and collaborates closely with Business Unit Finance, Commercial teams, Sales, Customer Service, and Credit Management to protect company assets while enabling profitable sales growth.
The role combines credit risk analysis, portfolio management, collection activities, customer negotiations, and business partnership responsibilities. You will independently manage an assigned portfolio of customers, conduct financial reviews, recommend and maintain appropriate credit limits within delegated authority, and support continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization.
You will act on behalf of Arconic entities, in Europe and North America, operate in a Global Environment under a comprehensive set of Arconic and Global Credit Policies and Procedures and within delegated credit authority.
