The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and resolving inquiries efficiently. They will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Candidates should possess an empathetic, customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work effectively in a team environment under pressure are required.
