Support the CEO in the delivery of strategic priorities and
initiatives.
Coordinate key projects across the family office and portfolio
interests.
Prepare strategic briefings, presentations and
recommendations.
Monitor the execution of key actions and objectives.
Governance
& Risk
Establish and maintain governance frameworks.
Coordinate board, shareholder and governance activities.
Support risk management and decision-making processes.
Ensure actions and approvals are appropriately documented and
tracked.
Adviser &
Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with external legal, tax and professional
advisers.
Coordinate adviser activities across multiple projects and
transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Investment
& Commercial Support
Support investment evaluations and strategic projects.
Coordinate due diligence activities and adviser inputs.
Assist with transaction execution and portfolio oversight
