We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on experience in automation and functional testing to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Java with Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Robot Framework, and JavaScript/Python, along with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated and functional test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Perform automation testing using tools such as Robot Framework (Python)
OR Playwright for web applications.
Write and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript/Python/Java and related frameworks.
Execute functional, system, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and application behavior.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using issue-tracking tools like Jira.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Perform root cause analysis and support troubleshooting of customer-reported issues.
Ensure testing activities align with company standards and industry best practices.
Conduct testing across multiple technology components and environments.
Continuously improve automation coverage and test efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
Hands-on experience with automation and functional testing.
Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework (Python) OR strong hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
Proficiency Selenium, Cucumber, or similar automation tools.
Working knowledge of JavaScript for test automation.
Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems (Jira).
Ability to create and execute functional, system, and integration test cases.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good to Have:
Experience testing cloud-ready or cloud-native applications.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
Knowledge of API testing tools and basic performance testing concepts.
