The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure a seamless experience from onboarding to post-implementation. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, resolving queries, and identifying opportunities for upselling Zoho products.
Candidates need 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or customer success and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client priorities are essential.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
Coordinate and facilitate smooth client onboarding for Zoho products and services.
Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Zoho products and services.
Handle all client communication professionally via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
Coordinate internally with sales, implementation, and support teams for client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
