The Concept Development Analyst is responsible for researching, producing, and maintaining clinical content for claims editing and claim review initiatives. They partner with operations and product teams to ensure content accuracy, scalability, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Candidates must hold a graduate degree or equivalent and possess mandatory coding certifications from AAPC or AHIMA. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer reimbursement policies is required.
