The Aquatics Director manages staff, ensures program quality, and implements various aquatics programs including swim lessons and lap swimming. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe environment and participating in the organization's annual giving campaign.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree or one year of aquatic experience, along with certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding. Ability to work evenings and weekends and obtain further instructor certifications within six months is required.

SALARY RANGE: $78,500.00 - $80,000.00/year
