The shift supervisor is responsible for monitoring production line performance, ensuring product quality standards, and overseeing the adherence to recipes. They also manage shift scheduling, train new employees, and coordinate equipment maintenance needs.
Candidates must hold a degree in Chemistry, Agriculture/Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar shift supervisor role, preferably within the food industry, is required.

Because of this, we are continually introducing new elements to our diets - from JOTIS Farina, the first self-rising flour, up to the innovative JOTIS Sweet & Balance range which is the first complete range of desserts with a low glycemic index, also suitable for people with diabetes. All our products are based on JOTIS natural raw materials and high nutritional value. Today, the company remains 100% Greek and we have been steadily playing a significant part in strengthening the Greek economy by consistently implementing our investment plans. In 2017 we introduced the "Hellenic Research and Innovation Center" (HRIC), which gives us the ability and the momentum to increase the checks and controls, we carry out on our Food Production.
