Manage personal injury cases from inception through pre-litigation, including coordinating insurance claims and property damage. Responsible for gathering evidence, preparing demand packages, and maintaining constant communication with clients and medical providers.
The candidate must be able to handle the end-to-end pre-litigation process for personal injury claims. Proficiency in coordinating with insurance adjusters, repair shops, and medical providers is required.
