The Freight Operations Manager is responsible for guiding daily service center operations, including revenue, profit, and cost controls. They also manage, mentor, and ensure proper staffing of all facility personnel to maintain service effectiveness.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of related work experience, including supervisory experience in the LTL industry. Knowledge of hazardous materials, OSHA, and DOT regulations is required, along with the physical ability to lift heavy freight.
