Deine Aufgaben (Kernbereiche)
Allgemeine Büroorganisation
Beschaffung von Büromaterial, Arbeitsmaterial für bestehende und neue Mitarbeitende, sowie Werbe- und Marketingmaterial
Interne Veranstaltungsorganisation
Verwaltung der Telekommunikationsverträge und Ausstattung
Verwaltung/ Unterstützung des Fuhrparkmanagements
Verwaltung von Datenschutzthemen
Das solltest du mitbringen
Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich
Organisationsgeschick & eigenständige Arbeitsweise, um Aufgaben strukturiert zu managen
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Hands-on Mentalität
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
