Lead and manage multiple architectural projects across various design phases for Federal and Industrial facilities. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet budgets, schedules, and quality standards while fostering client relationships.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with at least 7 years of professional experience and 3 years of Revit proficiency. Experience with Federal Government projects and leading multiple concurrent projects is required.

Our team delivers functional, high‑performance buildings with controlled environments, guided by responsible design practices and the principles of sustainability, LEED, and LEAN methodologies. Collaboration is central to our approach, with Building Information Modeling (BIM) serving as a key tool to communicate integrated 3D designs across project teams, owners, and construction partners. We pride ourselves on fostering long‑term client relationships while creating meaningful career opportunities for our people.
The successful candidate will serve as a technical and project leader, managing architectural scope and coordinating across multiple disciplines. Key responsibilities include:

Compensation:
Expected Salary: $102.200 - $151,800
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
