This secondment opportunity places you within a major Utilities client, supporting the delivery of
complex power infrastructure that keeps communities connected and resilient. Based in Toronto, Ontario, the Senior Manager for T&D Stations Engineering role offers the chance to work at the heart of utility operations— collaborating directly with client engineering, planning, construction, and operational teams. You will lead complex, high‑impact infrastructure programs, guiding multidisciplinary teams and delivering safe, reliable, and future‑ready power solutions across Canada.
Lead the strategic direction of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) station engineering—guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, cost‑effective, execution‑ready conceptual designs that enable major capital projects across Ontario. In this senior leadership role, you’ll champion innovation and continuous improvement, strengthen engineering standards, and empower teams to challenge assumptions as we modernize the power system for long‑term reliability and performance.
Demonstrated capability to develop multi‑year (2–5 year) business plans, forecasts, and budgets grounded in customer needs and changing technologies.
