The BIM Specialist will support the BIM manager in managing workflows, Revit library content, and architectural standards. They will also produce detailed BIM models and construction documents while mentoring junior staff.
Candidates must hold a degree in Architecture or Design and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in BIM or CAD roles. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, along with a strong understanding of construction materials and building assemblies.
