Plan, organize and deliver high quality value demonstrations to customers
· Understanding the challenges of the Customer when implementing and/ or transitioning to an SAP
product.
· Talk to the customer in their language
· Support the customer through product/solution related questions and answer any concerns they may
have with SAP solutions
· Gain knowledge and qualification on SAP solutions and strategy so they are familiar with the product
and roadmap to cross sell and upsell
· Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest features, industry best practices, and emerging
technologies.
· Work with the sales team to understand the needs of the customer and show how SAP software will
benefit the customer.
· Proficient in managing deadlines and coordination with other teams.
· University degree in IT (Bachelor or master’s in computer science or similar)
· Fluent in English and Arabic.
· 2-3 years of experience in SAP
· At least 2 E2E implementations for SAP solution [Finance and controlling]
· Aware of SAP solutions portfolio
· Excellent documentation skills.
· Detailed oriented
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· An ability to understand how functional requirements merge with technical and integration
requirements to create integrated solution
