Manage trade mark formalities across EU, UK, Irish, and international jurisdictions, including filing applications and oppositions at the EUIPO. Maintain accurate records using WebTMS and liaise with clients and external counsel on procedural matters.
Requires prior experience as an IP or trade mark paralegal, preferably within a law firm or in-house legal team. Must possess strong knowledge of EUIPO procedures and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Winston Taylor is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Brand Protection Formalities Paralegal to join our growing IP, Regulatory & Digital team in Dublin.
