Operate and monitor advanced milling equipment to produce high-quality semolina, flour, and feed products. Ensure food safety compliance and perform routine equipment maintenance and quality checks.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience with computerized milling equipment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and possess the physical stamina to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
Schedule: Monday - Friday plus rotating weekends 2nd shift 3pm - 11:30pm
Work Location: 5600 4th Ave NE, Minot, ND 58703
Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $29.80 per hour, $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift.
