Lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects while serving as the primary client contact. Provide team leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality project delivery across multiple disciplines.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a Professional Engineer license in Virginia. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects, serving federal government clients. These projects may include site development, stormwater management, environmental permitting, utility infrastructure, and pump station design.
You will provide team leadership, collaborate across disciplines, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure client satisfaction. You'll also mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.
