The attorney will handle drafting and negotiating loan documents and agreements of sale for commercial real estate. Responsibilities also include conducting due diligence for acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans.
Candidates must have 2 to 6 years of experience and a valid State Bar Admission. Admission to the PA, NJ, and/or CT bars is preferred.

The Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking an attorney for the Real Estate Finance Group. Ideal candidate should have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence, for acquisition, construction and/or mezzanine loans and commercial real estate acquisitions, and drafting and negotiating agreements of sale for commercial real estate.
