Manage and oversee front of house employees while supporting various operational positions as needed. Ensure adherence to cleaning and safety standards and assist in the execution of private events.
Candidates must have several years of experience in the food service or hospitality industry with a background in high-volume management. A valid Illinois driver's license and strong leadership and communication skills are required.
