Lead and mentor a distributed team of engineers to deliver complex integrated communications solutions for infrastructure projects. Manage project portfolios, including resource allocation, budgets, and technical deliverables, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requires strong knowledge of communications engineering, RF systems, and experience managing engineering teams and project execution. A bachelor's degree in Engineering and several years of leadership experience are preferred.
As a key leader within the Signaling & Systems team under Digital Intelligence, you will lead a geographically distributed team of engineers, designers, and technical specialists. You will collaborate closely with system architects, technical project managers, cross-functional subsystem teams, and customers to deliver complex, integrated communications solutions across infrastructure projects.
This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of challenging projects to Customers in organizing a highly skilled team of Engineers and providing critical visibility to leadership to ensure efficient execution with the ability to make critical decisions on both technical and commercial issues.
You will drive execution excellence by aligning engineering delivery with business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while developing a high-performing team.

The salary rate for this role is currently $91100-129800 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. Other benefit offerings for this role may include annual bonus, if eligible.
