The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead the implementation of process improvement strategies to drive operational excellence across production sites. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, identifying inefficiencies, and facilitating cross-functional projects to improve quality and performance.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and possess 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing. Strong knowledge of lean tools, data analysis, and project management is required, along with a good command of English.

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the implementation of the continuous process improvement strategy, driving operational excellence in the organization. The role focuses on identifying and implementing effective solutions to improve process performance, quality, and efficiency by addressing organizational, technical, and economic aspects.
Analyze and identify problems within production processes
Make decisions and apply solutions to improve performance
Implement the process improvement plan
Apply methods for analyzing, processing, representing and interpreting collected data
Organize collected data, relevant to improving process results
Provide consulting and support for process improvement
Identify aspects specific to the field of activity, from within and outside the organization
Represent the value stream map of production processes
Evaluate the consequences of the implemented improvement actions
Monitor the progress of the improvement actions
Propose changes to work instructions and procedures in order to improve performance
Comply with the company's quality standards
Perform other activities related to the fulfillment of job duties specified by the persons who have this right
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Lean and or Six Sigma certification or knowledge;
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.
Experience with project management and change management.
Experience in the railway, automotive, heavy manufacturing, or metal industry is considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, SMED, Root Cause Analysis, A3, PDCA).
Good understanding of manufacturing KPIs such as Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Safety.
Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel mandatory; )
Ability to facilitate workshops and train employees at different organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Team player with the ability to build relationships across departments.
Good command of English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
High level of integrity and commitment to continuous improvement culture.
