The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. They must also monitor machinery performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of industrial experience and proficiency in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic systems. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with relevant technical certifications.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all equipment products while following standard work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Duties include preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment as needed. This position is concerned a Safety Sensitive Position.
