Set up and operate compression presses to produce molded rubber parts according to safety regulations and specifications. Responsibilities include loading preps, monitoring cure cycles, and performing visual inspections and trimming of finished parts.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and no prior experience is required. Candidates must be able to read technical standards and handle the physical demands of a high-temperature manufacturing environment.

The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
