Provides administrative and customer support for commodity trading activities, managing the purchase and sales contract process from entry to settlement. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for shipments, managing invoices, and reconciling offsite inventories.
Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and previous Merchandising Assistant experience specifically within the grain industry. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong accounting reconciliation and communication skills.
This position provides administrative and customer support to our trading activities. The position is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the entire purchase and sales contract process from entry to final settlement and continuous communication with all counterparties involved, including customers, vendors, and logistics providers.
