We are a family-owned business founded in 1991, with six large manufacturing and distribution facilities across Colorado, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Builders rely on us because we make their jobs easier. That dependability starts inside our offices—with strong, responsive support teams working alongside our customers and field sales.
We are now hiring an Inside Sales Representative.
Important Note: This is an onsite position, working in our Dallas, TX location. Only local candidates will be considered. No agency recruiters, please.
In a company built on reliability, the Inside Sales team plays a critical role in supporting both our customers and our field sales professionals. This position helps ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency—key drivers of the trust we’ve built over decades.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
· Support field sales and builder customers with timely and accurate information
· Process orders and ensure details are correct and complete
· Communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers
· Solve problems and help keep projects moving forward
· Learn our products, systems, and processes to continuously improve performance
· Contribute to a team focused on making the customer’s job as easy as possible
