The Manager of Maintenance Training will lead the development, administration, and continuous improvement of the FAA Part 121 maintenance training program. They are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate training records, and coordinating training schedules to support operational requirements.
Candidates should have experience in aircraft maintenance training or quality assurance within a Part 121 environment and possess strong knowledge of FAA regulations. An Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate and experience in developing technical training curricula are highly preferred.
