Responsible for the smooth operation of plant utilities and the execution of facilities cost-saving and improvement programs. Leads the facilities operation team to support manufacturing needs and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requires a degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in facilities or machinery operation and maintenance. Must have 5 years of people management experience and technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and water treatment systems.
