Plan and coordinate sputter systems start-up, conversion activities, and process documentation while monitoring parameters via SPC. Lead process improvement projects and troubleshoot issues to achieve utilization, yield, and quality goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering with 1-3 years of experience, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of vacuum technology and proficiency in English communication are preferred.
