The Stacker is responsible for assembling laminated subassemblies for various motor components including stators, rotors, and field poles. They must also set up and operate machining equipment and hydraulic presses while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of manufacturing experience. The role requires the ability to perform basic math, obtain welding and crane certifications, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Description
The Stacker role is responsible for assembling laminated subassemblies for stator winding, pole winding, exciter winding and rotor assembly.
The Stacker position is part of the Lamination Team skills Matrix. This position works as a team member utilizing and performing to the Lamination Team skills matrix, which outlines the comprehensive skills in the Lamination Team.
Voluntary weekend overtime.
Saturday is paid at time and a half, Sundays are paid at double time!
Monday – Friday, 1st shift 7:00a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
