The Transportation Supervisor leads daily operations to ensure safe, reliable, and profitable transportation services while managing drivers and support personnel. They are responsible for optimizing driver productivity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidates must have five years of progressive transportation leadership experience and a strong working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business and experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) are preferred.
