The Director of Nursing is responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements. They oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure high standards of patient care.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state of employment and hold a CPR certification. Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required, with 2 years of supervisory experience in an acute setting recommended.
