Job Overview 
WBCSD is looking for an intern to join the APAC team for three months until November 2026 to support a series of upcoming engagements across Asia. These engagements range from private dialogues to large conferences with leadership, key stakeholders, and members, requiring extensive planning, logistics, and administrative support in. This role is critical in ensuring the success of these events and maintaining efficiency during this period. We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual who is interested in sustainability and able to work independently and communicate effectively with both the team and external partners. Ideally, the candidate should have event management and/or communications and marketing skills. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Organizing invites and meetings
• Working with global content leads on event agendas
• Coordinating notes of meetings and event lineup
• Assisting with event planning
• Post-event follow up
• Other ad-hoc activities 

  
Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences 

• Candidates currently or recently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in event planning, customer service, marketing, communications, business management/administration or sustainability fields are preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to work in a team and to multitask.
• Prior experience in event management is a bonus .
• Must be able to commit for 3 months minimally, ideally starting as soon as possible.
• Must have the right to work in Singapore for the whole duration of the internship.

  
The position is fixed-term for 3 months and is based in Singapore.
